Trucks We Finance

Box Truck Financing

Box trucks are the most common truck we finance. Box trucks often have lower purchase prices than heavier Class 8 commercial trucks, which can mean a smaller dollar amount is needed for the down payment. Straight trucks in the 16 to 26 foot range sit comfortably inside our purchase price window, which means the down payment stays manageable even when the credit file is not clean. This is the category we see first-time owner operators buy most often.

What Matters On A Box Truck Deal

1

Box trucks often sit at the lower end of the $21,000 to $145,000 purchase price window, so the typical 30% down payment for an established business is a smaller cash number than it is on heavier equipment. A startup is typically 40% down and needs 2 years of industry experience.

2

The lender reviews the specific truck as part of the transaction, including year, make and model, mileage, truck type and specifications. Refrigerated and liftgate equipped units are financed, and that equipment is part of the specifications reviewed.

3

The truck must be purchased from a licensed dealer and there is no minimum credit score. The delivery, moving and freight examples on this page are educational context only, so you can independently make sure the truck fits the work your business plans to perform.
